National Tropical Botanical Garden :: Our Garden Our World Membership Campaign

Objectives

The National Tropical Botanical Garden came to Tsunami Marketing with the ambitious goal of enrolling 3000 new members within the State of Hawaii.

In order to meet the conditions of a Kresge Challenge Grant, the new members would have to be added within 12 months.
Program

Tsunami Marketing developed the campaign theme: "Our Garden. Our World." to communicate the relationship between the mission of the National Tropical Botanical Garden and the health of Earth's tropical regions.

In addition to an easily maintained web site, Tsunami Marketing also produced print advertising, radio spots and a public relations campaign (in partnership with Becker Communications).

Results

Launched in early February 2007, the "Our Garden. Our World." campaign has just begun. Preliminary feedback to the campaign's messaging has been very positive and the staff and leadership of the National Tropical Botanical Garden have put all their weight behind the new marketing efforts.

We look forward to watching another successful campaign come together and working towards achieving our client's stated goal.
