"Fishbowls Restaurant" came to Tsunami Marketing when they needed to rehabilitate the image, marketing, and profitability of their two-year-old restaurant which featured Kauai's widest selection of seafood.
The solution was a complete overhaul of the restaurant brand, identity, marketing and physical environment. The final program included a name change to Wahooo Seafood Grill & Bar which was supported by a new identity, print advertising, creative signage, brand immersion through interior and exterior design renovations (including landscaping), and an outrageous grand-opening launch party.
Within the first month of the campaign, the new restaurant experienced a 400% increase in lunch covers and 250% increase in dinner covers resulting in higher employee moral and greater customer satisfaction as reflected in the customer comment cards.
