Advertising Intranet
Ever see those bumper stickers on the back of peoples' cars that say
"We ♥ our Scottish Terrier"?

Well, Tsunami Marketing feels the same way...about our clients. We love them, and to further the mutual feeling, we have built a client intranet site specifically for them.

Tsunami Marketing's web programmers, Gary Smith and Troy Arnold, have created a new-web based tool which will provide a reference point for all of our clients to access and download job specific materials, such as logos, photographs, collateral pieces, radio spots and project artwork. All new work is uploaded to this intranet site which provides a one-stop shop for our clients to gather their own marketing materials.

For instance, if a client needs a hi-res image from one of their printed brochures, we can simply place it on the intranet site (if its not already there) and the client, or a third party vendor can download it within seconds. The client can also allow guest users access to these items, and lock and unlock admittance to items they deem necessary.

The wait time for requested materials is either eliminated or dramatically reduced and trafficking the request through Tsunami Marketing is completely streamlined.

And while the first version of Tsunami Marketing's client intranet site has been around for some time, the actual administrative portion of the new site is where the real innovation comes into play. We are able to upload materials in a more application-like format via a "drag-and-drop" method, most notably used on Macintosh operating systems. The site's functionality also allows us to utilize customized sorting features to further enhance the organization of client materials as their list of reference items grows. And grow it wil—one of the great things about this new site is its ability to expand to include an ever increasing amount of clients and their project resources.

Gary and Troy's vision and expertise have taken Tsunami Marketing into a truly innovative realm of web usage. We are proud to call them "Tsumo's of the Month" for their efforts. And if "Tsumo of the Month" bumper stickers existed, you can bet we would plaster their cars with them.
